The jungle can have a wide variety of different weather conditions, each sometimes helpful and sometimes highly troubling. However, even the worst conditions can be used as an advantage by a skilled commander. Below is a list of currently implemented weather options and their effects on the AO.

Dry
The most common weather option. No effect.
Light rain
Visible on the field and cause some changes to battlefield modifiers:
- Advantages: -30% to chance of noise generated to be heard by the enemy. -15% chance of being detected.
- Disadvantages: -15% chance of spotting hostiles or assets. +0.5% weapon jam chance. -10% radio signal quality. Can effect the Bird Dog.
Heavy Rain (in development)
Visible on the field and cause some changes to battlefield modifiers:
- Advantages: -50% to chance of noise generated to be heard by the enemy. -25% chance of being detected.
- Disadvantages: -25% chance of spotting hostiles or assets. +0.5% weapon jam chance. -15% radio signal quality.
- Air assets (extraction included) has 25% of not being available for a short period of time
Fog (in development)
- Advantages: Reduce the visibility range of all VCs in the field by half. QRF takes 2x more time to get in the AO.
- Disavantages: Reduce the range of your soldiers' visibility by half. Airstrikes and Air support has 25% to be miss located.
Extreme heat
Visible on the field and cause some changes to battlefield modifiers:
- Advantages: Moving enemies has 25% of making more noise. +10% radio communications.
- Disavantages: Dehydratation, causing -10% to all actions. (prevented if your Rangers drink extra water or perform a tactical pause)
