The second stage to a four-stage ribbon unlocked after completing five, ten, twenty and fifty patrols. The only challenge to these badges is keeping your profile long enough to earn them; the reward is marginal, with a total 5% higher chance to recruit a Sergeant with no experience, but 4 skill points, when replacing units after earning all four medals

Successfully accomplish 10 missions.
Effects:
+1% to have a Shake n' Bake soldier (Sgt. with no experience).
