I’d like to put my two cents in and report some of the following bugs I’ve found while playing.
Currently on D-day 48+, ahead of schedule by 1+ days.
-Dead/alive Germans tend to move after they’ve already been downed. Basically, they have the downed animation yet still move statically and fire, then they return back to normal position.
I’ve been stuck on hedgerows on day 11 for the past couple of days. Every time i seem to advance and halt a couple days ahead, they just reinforce the area like 3-5 times and i end up being pushed back until i advance a couple days again. Is there any general tactic or strategy that im missing here? any gameplay tips? i would like to know so i can…[Read more]

General TIP: The game design is so that the more days you are ahead the harder it will be since you are basically behind enemy lines.
How far ahead you can keep playing is sort of like your own difficulty setting.
hedgerows are tough if you dont push all the way through with a fully upgraded squad. i think they turned up the urb on reinforcements and armor. ive had the enemy reinforce twice within a minute of spawning at the start of the map. try using commandos to stealth and then tnt. their fast movement should allow them to move from cover to cover. good…[Read more]
@lance I’ll post this in the forums next time. But yes, thank you both for your advice. I’ll try out these methods, and see how they work. ~Cheers
Yes, my game was fully loaded and safe. I had just finished a previous run where i had taken 2 days to get back on schedule. However, when i tried starting this new deployment, firefox gave me a message “a script has stopped running on this page” and when i clicked stop, it loaded into what you see there in the screenshot. I’m not sure if this was…[Read more]
I’m not sure if this is late, but in MNB3 when i tried deploying i had only one squad member that was spazzing out with different colored rings (im pressuming its some sort of ability malfunnction) and it was stuck on a firing/loading animation as soon as i started up. There was also only one unit on my hotbar, which was weird. i refreshed my page…[Read more]
been awhile since ive been on here, any new changes to MNB3?
Depends how long you have not played it . . . .
I bet that you still have tons of details to find there aside from the challenge to get to games end.
@lance I understand you’re one of the Main developers of the game. How many people are working on MNB3 and Starship besides you and URB? And what do you guys use to make it? (I’m guess it’s flash, but im maybe wrong.)
No, no. I am no game developer in that sense at all.
I am mainly the current Community Manager. A do game testings, suggestion curating and generally help out as much as I can to ensure a healthy open community environment.
Currently all urbzz games are still running on Flash but for the future that will change to another platform since Flash…[Read more]
I see. Recon dosen’t seem to agree with my computer and runs fairly badly. It would be cool if URB made a port to another engine, allowing download of the game for offline play. Maybe that would fix alot of the issues, and possibly allow for more development and content to be added. Flash can only handle so much, atleast from what i’ve seen. These…[Read more]
MnB is not programmed to be fair – don´t be afraid to use unfair strategy – you are not alone 😀
snipers tend to be exp hogs,.@ wolf my opinion is you may need them, but never call that exp hogging devils too soon,
Ok, but why do they receive exp so quickly, even when they aren’t killing anyone?
because they have high rifle and even though they dont shoot often, each shot tends to kill so they get XP more consistently than a GI with 30 rifle and a springfield
Snipers are a subtle poison in mnb3. It can appear has an easy solution to your problems initially. Snipers if kept in the heat of the action and within a minimal range can easily outclass anyone in a short time.
This will hurt you if you plan to go for one more map. The longer you go the more you realise that you can’t put your eggs in the same basket.
