I am rarley concerned about the enemy quick reaction force (QRF) other than avoiding the larger ones (regiment! Company) but how does the enemy QRF work? I understand the size (which is obvious) but I am unsure about the meaning of the QRF redcon – stand by, posturing etc etc?
What is the approximate deployment time for each redcon level?

I solved it simply by clearing history, cookies and cache. My save was still there so its just to get back into it again!

MnB3 works fine. I was 100 days into a tour when it “broke down” and I haven’t changed anything settings wise since then. I did crash my pc due to a total URB on a fire base mission (chopper landed on the base that had a cannon and a ton of defenders butchering my team) 🙂 That move might have something to do with it… I think its strange that I…[Read more]

Recon refuse to load from one day to another. It get stuck on the loading screen (“Loading…”)
Anyone have a solution?Saerimner posted a new activity comment 3 years ago
Flares (arty) is generally not a problem (in my opinion) as long as you have somewhere to retreat and/or don’t get soldiers pinned down when retreating. Often the germans kill themselves with it. I have more problems with rifle nades, hand nades and rockets. I Always try to advance and find places to fortify with mines and sandbags in order to…[Read more]

Thank you for clarifying Lance!
I thought for a moment that you could use the medkit to “cheat” the killcard 🙂 Never tried it and I think its takes up too much wheight as I equip my medic with two sets of IV bags (the rest goes to nades and sandals).Saerimner replied to the topic How to use the First Aid Kit? in the forum Recon 3 years ago
It is intended for light wounds to bring the trooper up to 100 health again ,not for treating seriously wounded soldiers. That is -20 Health and are on the ground and bleeding out. They need to be stabilized.
Not sure if that really helped you…

I’m always following the short keys for my squad, i.e
#1 Engineer, #2 Rifleman, #3 Medic, #4 Sniper, #5 Machine gunner, #6 Signaler
This way I always know where they are and I usually try to keep them in that marching order as skirmish line is my favoured formation. I generally use #1, #2, & #3 as assault and #4, #5, & #6 for support. So I use…[Read more]Saerimner replied to the topic Where are you from guys? in the forum General Forum 3 years ago

A culvert is a tunnel. In the game its got a tin roof on top of the opening and you can hear a (rather loud) dripping sound of water – a very tunnellike sound. I only used C4 on it and that defenitly works. Don’t know about other forms of explosives but I doubt they would be effective.

You are supposed to blow it up! That is the main point and why its called High Value TARGET!
My experience of the darn thing is that it is always located in your LZ (or central grid). So if you’re unlucky (as I once was) you encounter it during drop off. My tip is to move straight away in the direction your helos came from – usually south-east.…[Read more]

First of all: GREAT! Love to see a Steamversion!
What I would like to see:
– Hotkeys: hotkeys for equipment and a general re-work of keys related to equipment and actions. Way too much clicking around as for now.– Formations: pre-set standard formations would speed up the mission and avoid the (un)necessary clicking.
– The strategic map: make…[Read more]

You need to have the three missions in the same session. You can’t log out in between them.
It might be problems with rage quits etc so my suggestion is to start over and do three success in a row. I did and it worked.

I stay in place most of the time to have some healed up, but that proved dangerous as the Germans kept coming. So If I have a few wounded men, I keep my medic close to them so at the same time they’ll move up and heal. I feel like that also helps when I have just 1 or 2 guys under constant fire from more troops, that way while being healed by the…[Read more]
