Anomie : I don’t think the bleeding-out mechanic is a glitch. Dying soldiers lose health at random intervals which makes sense because more serious wounds would bleed faster and vice versa.

Medic down to 2 hp due to getting hit by a bullet does not bleed out at all and was healed back up again with another Medic.
